Products and Services

TwinkleGear is a print-on-demand retail e-commerce store. Products are custom-made to order.

Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when the item ships

Payment

• Payment is required at the time of purchase
• We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards and other methods supported by Stripe)
• All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

Shipping

• Products are made to order and shipping times vary
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier

Returns and Refunds

• Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are generally final
• We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue

Intellectual Property

• The TwinkleGear name, logo, designs, and website content are property of TwinkleGear LLC
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission

User Conduct

• You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose
• You agree not to attempt to interfere with the site's operation
• You agree not to submit false information or use automated tools to access the site

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinkleGear LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Products and the site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that products will meet your specific expectations regarding color accuracy, as print-on-demand colors may vary slightly from screen displays.
