Returns & Refunds
Overview
Every TwinkleGear item is custom printed just for you. Because of this, our return policy differs from standard retail. We want you to love your gear — if something's wrong, we'll make it right.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect or damage
We'll replace the item for free or issue a full refund — your choice.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, as long as production hasn't started. After that, the item is being made and can't be cancelled.
Refund Processing
- Refunds go to your original payment method
- Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
- You'll get an email when the refund is processed
